What happens when a brand becomes an archive and a movement?

That was the defining force behind ACID (All Clothes I Desire), a multidisciplinary creative ecosystem rooted in fashion, cultural technology, editorial excellence, and African futurism. More than a company, ACID needed to communicate as an ethos: soulful, scalable, and socially intelligent.

The Ask:

Create a strategic and visual foundation that could communicate ACID’s multidimensional brand to three key audiences: visionary collaborators, impact-driven investors, and an emerging digital community.

One part of this required shaping a Creative World Deck that could distil ACID’s layered mission into a clear, emotionally resonant narrative. The other part required designing a Social Media Content Strategy to organically build community, deepen storytelling, and create platform rhythm across Instagram and beyond.

My Response:

I led two parallel strategic builds: one investor-facing, one community-facing.

For the Pre-Seed Deck, I distilled ACID’s foundational architecture into a clear storytelling arc by introducing the world of ACID through its living archive (ACID Paper), its creative engine (ACID Studio), and its emerging ethical data oracle (ACID AI). I used story sequencing, cultural anchoring, and ecosystem visualisation to communicate both soul and strategy without relying on vanity metrics or buzzwords.

For the Social Media Strategy, I built a modular content system grounded in ACID’s tone, brand lineage, and visual legacy. We developed high-touch content pillars including:

• “What Is ACID?” storytelling series.
• The #ACIDGlossary (culture x data x fashion crossovers).
• Visual archive and future-forward insights.
• Founder POV.
• Seasonal community prompts and call-ins.

Each pillar came with suggested cadence, post formats, voice guidelines, and rollout planning, so that the brand could grow without fragmenting.

Outcome:

ACID’s Pre-Seed Deck became a high-impact introduction, equal parts poetic, intelligent, and strategic, helping lay the groundwork for long-term investor alignment. The Social Media Strategy now functions as a living system, empowering the internal team to tell stories with rhythm, care, and consistency.

Together, these tools became mirrors and maps: helping ACID see themselves more clearly and communicate with the audiences they’re here to serve.
